Job Role : Sales Executive

Required Experience : 2+ years

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to reach potential clients.
  • Effectively pitch new products to prospects, highlighting their value.
  • Generating leads through cold calling & email marketing.
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities by showcasing our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs.
  • Host engaging webinars to showcase our products to the target audience.
  • Deliver captivating live product demonstrations that leave a lasting impression.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling webinar content.
  • Engage the audience through interactive elements and Q&A sessions.
  • Utilize webinars as a powerful lead-generation tool.
  • Stay updated with the SYSMIC offerings of different products and customer needs to enhance webinar performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities in virtual settings for webinars and demos.
  • Sales acumen with a proven track record in lead conversion.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and relevant technology.
  • Customer-centric approach and interpersonal skills for positive engagement.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage time efficiently.
  • Previous experience in webinars, live demos, or public speaking is a plus.
  • Languages - English, Hindi & Marathi

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead-generation campaigns to increase brand awareness using various digital marketing tactics.

  • Would be required to make Marketing and Sales strategy with the team

  • Would be required to call the customers and give demos to potential client and conduct webinars.

  • Generate fresh leads by implementing creative ideas and strategies.

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets.

  • Manage leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth.

  • Maintain lead databases and track lead sources.

  • Create and maintain an Email Template Library.

  • Send LinkedIn requests and emails to prospects to generate leads.

  • Utilize the company's CRM tool to track and manage leads.

  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline reports.

  • Participate in meetings as suggested by the manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Ability to generate ideas and create effective campaigns for lead generation.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficient in performing basic calculations and mathematical figures.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethics.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in Marketing is required.
  • Specialization in Digital Marketing is required.
  • Google AdWords specialization is required.
